Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Domestic Shipping Rates: We ship all orders via USPS.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

• Free Shipping: On all orders over $100.

• Flat Rate: $10.00 for orders under $100.

Shipping Responsibility & Issues

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility shifts to the carrier (USPS).

Claims: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. For missing packages marked as "Delivered," please contact us at info@nailaesthetic.store so we can assist you in starting an investigation with the carrier.
